Policy

The college is committed to providing a congenial atmosphere for learning and personal growth of the students. Besides other welfare measures, a grievance mechanism is constituted to encourage students to express individual and group concerns related to academic and non-academic aspects.

Grievance Redressal System is a mechanism commonly used to receive and act on complaints or grievances reported by the students and the faculty. In order to ensure convenience and confidentiality in the grievance redressal mechanism, the Srinivasa Rao College of Pharmacy implements an online grievance redressal mechanism as well.

Through this online grievance system, the grievance form that is available on the college website is filled in by the student/faculty. Once they submit the grievance, the complaint will be received by the coordinator of the Grievance Redressal Cell. The coordinator takes it to the preview of the committee for further necessary action. This process in general completes within a week.

Offline Mechanism

In addition to the online system, students and faculty can lodge complaints through the suggestion and complaint boxes placed around the campus. These complaints are also reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee for further action.
