Roles & Responsibilities of the TPCG Coordinator

Serve as a liaison between final-year and pre-final-year students, faculty members, and the TPCG Cell.
Plan and conduct regular training programs, meetings, and discussions focused on student development and enrichment.
Gather inputs and suggestions from the Principal, corporate trainers, and management, ensuring alignment with industry demands.
Invite corporate professionals to deliver talks on current market trends and job opportunities.
Collaborate with concerned staff for maintenance and smooth operation of TPCG-related activities.

Develop and maintain a checklist of student performance, segregating data based on those pursuing jobs or higher education.
Collect and consolidate student data from department representatives, ensuring participation in training programs held on-campus and off-campus.
Organize and oversee various career development activities, ensuring all programs run as per the schedule.

Act as a point of communication by sharing information and updates with final-year students.
Ensure maximum student participation by encouraging attendance at all training sessions and events.
Disseminate internal circulars and keep peers updated about upcoming opportunities and events.
